Ripped Off

Omg! I'am having an awful experience. I just started selling Avon a few months ago and as soon as i started I noticed misc. Charges that i was never informed of. The first and most annoying 1 was a fee for multiple customers (mind u I'm talking about when u order online) so of course, i got hip to that so I would just make 1 big order. Then I found out they charge u for mailing returns from customers... Mind u they boldly advertise "100% Money Back Guarantee, no questions, no hassels. So that means no hassles for the customer just the rep that will b charged for the mailing of returns!

-I was politley informed by email, that i can write the postage expense off as a business expense. Ok I thought. Whatever but y didn't they ever inform me of that prior. Hmmmmm. Now I'm at my WIts END!!! This time I'm being charged a 25.00 return check fee plus the $30 payment that got returned. I call and then got into my bank because i c no record of it in my statements, now neither does my bank!!!

I tell avon this and they keep insisting that my bank returned the 30.00 check so i owe them that 30.00 plus a return check fee! I ask them for documentation of them trying to process the 30.00 and my bank returning it. I would need this documentation in order to prove to my bank that they did indeed return the check and I would get my $ back from my bank, because there was enough funds avialable so y would they return it??? Avon keeps giving me the run around and i think something shady is going on..:- (I will get my $ back no matter how long it takes!!! I know its only 55$ but its the principle!
