Removal of inaccurate info from Trans Union Credit report

I've required many times for PDQ Providers to get rid of Alden Ridge Apts within the quantity of $2,474 from my Trans-Union credit history. I've talked to Derek Shaw @ 678.569.2900 (collections dept.) and remaining messages on many occasions but a demand nevertheless hasn't been posted to Trans-Union to get rid of this product. This product was questioned to Trans-Union it keeps returning (confirmed, no change) meaning Mr. Shaw will not publish the request elimination. Acct# 205163
