Only hiring skinny employees!?

I can't think this. Im 18 and simply requested employment in the hollister at my nearby mall and all the workers were possibly bone-slim women or truly powerful men and that Iam i imagine average, in gowns im a dimension 5 in many shops plus they switched me right down to employ another woman seeking the positioning who had been just 16. The only real distinction was that she really was thin and crazy. I truly dont understand. Iworked in retail since I have was 16 which might have been the Next shop i worked at and that I believe I acquired rejected due to my fat w/d I believe I had been more subsequently competent compaired for the different girl. It is so fucking silly what Do You Consider
