Unauthorized charges

Visited their website, absolutely decided it was not what I wanted; used a form filler to fill in data but "backed out" before submitting; they captured the data anyway (including credite card number, etc.) and chanrged as though I has agreed to a monthly contract of 24.95. They are very slimey.
