Sneeky Debit

I applyed for Payday Loan on the internet. I only applyed for cash advance. This comp. Got my information and sent an e-mail. Suposidly this e-mail informed me I was approved for a credit line for some kinf of on-line shopping, and I had 7 day trial membership. If I did not cancell with in the trial period I would be debited the member fee of $99.95. My e-mail was swamped withe offers for payday loans (as many as 80 an hr). This company knows this. They send the e-mail knowing it will be either delited or go to spam folder.By having you respond to the offer they pretty much assure themselvs the $99.95. This is out and out theft. Call the no listed on your ACH debit on bk stmt and you are told no refunds and you are also going to be charged a monthly membership fee. Also by doing nothing you agreed to this rip off. This company needs to be put out of bussines. I am filling reports w/anyone I can find. Have on w/BBB and others. Asking if anyone can recoment an Attoney willing to take this on contigency and sue this company for max amount. I want them broke, jailed, beated, and hanged.
