I'm speechless, to create a lengthy history small... I had been billed $380.00 in lender charges. I take advantage of my bank card for many acquisitions. Wether it's a $2.00 dungeons and dragons caffeine or perhaps a fast end for dairy. I'd settled many smaller statement through Billpay (error). All of them seemed to me they experienced and settled. Being that I had been informed this past year that bill-pay is live by td bank. NICELY that's improved! Our mortgage choose to go through 24 hours later that we was brief. Mistake? They settled and charged me a $35.00 charge for every and every cost to my consideration all since I had been informed from the customer support lady in the lender they automaticly spend the greatest bill first? What!!? Additionally the client support representative couldn't provide me much data. Since she said she understands nothing about bill pay and doesn't utilize TDBANK BILL-PAY. Ahhhh what lender for you work with woman??? Anyhow she got about the telephone t / TDbank bill-pay Plus They don't spend within the purchase that you simply spend or cost. Therefore the only point used to donot obtain a $35.00 charge for was my 2,7000.00 mortgage transaction. But... My caffeine $2.00 price me $37.00 and Redbox expense me $36.00 And dairy for my 3 kids charge $39.00 this week and thus-on. I'm as if I had been robed by my own personal bank. I completely accept spending the $35.00 fo the mortgage my error. But why rob me TDBANK. Unjust and crule.
