I obtained an assortment notice on the cargo in the Acaiberrybreeze organization. This cargo was more than 12 weeks before (3/12/09) and was taken care of on my charge card before I actually acquired it. Upon viewing the costs in the organization on my charge card record I named Acaiberrybreeze to stop any more deliveries. I received nothing else from their store and also have not noticed from their store since, however I've obtained an assortment discover from Tiburon Monetary dated April 29 and providing me thirty days to react. Used to do not get the notice until May 10. I believe this can be a phony series work. I don't understand how they got my title and record until they took it somehow in the Acaiberrybreeze organization that has my charge card on report. I believe this should be a fraud. Don't understand who otherwise to record this to given that they have multiple-state handles about the payment notice.
