ICS set a poor tag on my credit history. I named them about this and questioned what it was about, since I'd often had a great credit.

They said it had been in regards to a check I'd returned in Illinois after I lived there 4 years back, however the bounced-check was from this past year. I told them I'd never had Lender of America after I existed in Illinois which I needed a duplicate of the bounced-check, and proof they had attempted to have ahold of me. Neither was created. They delivered mean exceptional BofA from someone else using the same lastname who existed in Texas at that time. They WOn't go down, and that I haven't co-signed however they attacked my credit. After I obtained the consideration which belonged to him, they'd blackened out the consideration having a gun and had place in mine! Fraud Fraud Scam, they're targeting a person with exactly the same lastname.
