Failure of costumer service to correct problem

On March 13,1020 I attempted a-7 day free path with realtytrac. I received a printout which was not so helpful to me and so I ended 24 hours later with Danielle. I later discovered that realtytrac Mentor is placing a cost of 59.95 on my charge card. I named to stop again and received a credit for may although not for Goal. They're piggybacking the web sites and fooling you into costs. When you utilize costumer servcie to fix the issue they're significantly less than useful declaring Realtytrac and Realtytrac Mentor aren't affilitated. It appears in my experience like both are run from the PEI organization in Utah. I'd prefer to join others in certain kind of civil action.
