Unauthorized withdrawals from checking acct

I merely visited their site after viewing an advertisement. I expected for inormation and agrred to some onetime charge. It ended up that I'd "registered" like a participant with regular membership fees. I'm today attempting to ge gone them. Our lender informs me that I've to cope with them, but I Have not been able to. I've named their quantity, but achieve an automatic reaction that I will access details about them to get a particular cost, $10.95. Exactly what a run-around!
