SSN wrong/Account closed/Not my Fault

I tried to open a bankaccount with wells fargo... After i did i offered our "individual bank" our i.D., ssn and other forms to identify myself. After completeing what i believed was " starting a merchant account" i normally returned home and waited for my checks and dc to reach in email. Attempting to check things out more i visited there there website and that i had realized that my bank account was on the store. I realized that she'd given me a file which was licked close. I exposed it and she'd our "container" or "ssn" incorectly by 1 number. After calling and trying to clarify what the problem was. They'd stated that i'd wrongly recognized myself meaning they'll not allow me to utilize them for business. And so i expected for $ back and they said i'd to hold back 14 days for this to close and they wil email it in my experience which takes another week. Upon me worrying more the manager in the area (9th st./greenway-phoenix az) that we think her name was "sergi patell" had explained that my bank at that time "ponja" mentioned i'd never given her our ssn. Which i'd mis identifeid myself. Today i've to visit ssn manager to obtain a letter from them to that states i'm who i'm. {like my birth document, professional licenses, degree and many other files isnt adequate. Not nly is that this embarrassing in my experience. Icant acces or remove my money. Or does anyone there trust me. Its something to create a error. Nevertheless when a "individual bank" doesnt admit there error it creates you wonder easily was depositng 1000$ plus they had misenterpreted that into 100$ what would happen then? That are these people and why are they responsible for hiring individuals with no pride?
