Very rude customer service rep

Really unpleasant perspective from the Mrs. Williams within the student loan division. She was really rude and unpleasant in the beginning as well as put the telephone on me! After I called back she happened to reply again and was actually two times as unpleasant! Get your company elsewhere people. Chase is extremely undeserving of it. And just before coping with her as well as after coping with her, I had been NEVERTHELESS obtaining the run-around!
