Frauding checks, taking money out my account

They are taking money out of my account. I do not recall ever giving out my bank account information simply because this is a new account and I do not know my account number nor routing number to be giving this information out.
When I call, it is nothing but asians (I believe) they all sound related. The reception is bad, one woman, EDNA THOMPSON, cussed me out. All I want is my money back. There is no services and I do not want their services. Never Did want their services.
