I've canceled my membership twice before the 7-day trial subscription offer and was still billed on my card

I have ended my account twice prior to the 7-time trial membership present and was still charged on my card. What type of racket is that this people training and just how come the BBB had accomplished nothing about this. After I attempted to enter my criticism, they requested concerning the actual target and ph amount. And insisted not really one criticism has being submitted from the organization. Could it be accurate?
