Double dipping bank accounts and placing innocent people's life's of hold with no results!

I did not personally apply for a loan with these rip-off's, but first and foremost have experienced everything they have put my boyfriend through from the end of June through still now (today is October 28th). They hit his bank account twice for the required $300.00 (total of $600.00) and it took him 3 weeks to get the second $300.00 back. It also took him phone call's daily during the 3 weeks to get it back.

Before we knew this company was only in business to rip people off, my daughter and her boyfriend decided to apply for a loan also. However all they had was a saving's account, so they gave me their money, which I deposited into my account and I called the loan solicitor and gave him my bank information, and reminded him that this had already happened to my boyfriend and that I totally expected he would withdraw $300.00 and not $600.00. He assured me that this had never happened before my boyfriend's occurence.

Well, 15 minutes after he told me that it was approved, I went on-line to check my bank account, and he had removed the $600.00. The sad story for him though was the money had not been released to them yet, it was still pending and I was able to get my money returned to my account almost immediately. It took a 3 way call between my bank, him and I.

These people are TERRIBLE and don't care who's lives they mess with. All the added expenses (appraisal's, inspections, multiple overnight mailing's, multiple faxing, many, many hours of one's time. They (like in many of the other letter's I have read from this site) have come up with many thing's they needed to supposively complete the loan process, sometime's repeat's of what my boyfriend had already sent. Sometime's things they had approved, and decided later it was not sufficient and needed more. He filled out the loan Application 3 times and sent it again and again after the initial send. He has no where to live now because they told him apprx. 1 month ago that he would be closing the next week, and he gave notice to his apartment that he'd be vacating on 10/31/03. He still has no signing date. He has kids also who have no where to go. This company should be shut down and sued big time...
