Rowntree Solutions, Colleen Baker, Johnathan, Justin Graham (CEO), Bernard Sanders (Accounts Manager), Rodney Did not honor our contract, took my money and wont answer my phone calls

I signed a contract with Rowntree Financial after talking with several different people from this company. I looked on the BBB and didnt see and complaints against this company and against my intuition I went ahead and sent in the required collateral. The first loan was for $5000 paid back over three years at $154 a month with a 7% interest rate. The contract was signed by a Justin Graham as the CEO of Rowntree Financial. I was required to send in 6 months payment upfront to get the loan. I spoke with Colleen Baker who was my loan consultant and she said that was it there would be nothing else required. I sent in the money via western union to a Justin Francis in Newburg Canada. After the money was sent I got a call a few hours later from Johnathan Craig who was Colleens supervisor. He told me that the lender was asking for a additional 6 months payment up front due to my credit history. He also told me that I qualified for $8300. He told me that once I sent in that additional 6 month there would be nothing more the lender could request. I was sent a confirmation letter 5/14 stating that once that final payment was sent in the loan would be wired in four hours and that rowntree financial and the third party lender would not require anything more. So I sent in the other payment and called them with the reciept number and that was the last time I ever got a hold of them. I called four hours later and luckly got hold of Collen Baker and she said for me to call her back in ten minutes she would find out what happened. Now when I use my phone or my sister calls or I use my work phone I get a busy signal and it tells me that the user is rejecting the call. I have sent them emails begging them to just refund the money and I still havent heard anything from them. Now I look on their website and they dont have the number up anymore. I wish I would have found a report on this company before I feel victim to them. Now me and my kids are struggling to just stay in our home it has made a hard situation even worse for us. I dont know how these people sleep at night taking advantage of people like this. If you get a call from them dont fall for it... Learn from my mistake... I have filed a compaint with the BBB and am talking with a lawyer about my options but its going to be a long hard road to get back anything now.
