Ripoff from hell this great deal has cost me thousands in nsf fees arkansas

My salesman came by and told me about this deal, and it sounded great. He said it would be $39.95 plus tax per month (42.89) was the total. Plus 1.52 % for a credit card, etc. Which I agreed to and I signed the contract.

He shows back up a week later without a terminal, but with another contract and told me the company had been bought out and that we needed to sign another contract, just like the first one. I said ok and I did.

A week later, he shows up with the terminal, and I began using it that day. A week later my bank acct was -347. And some change. I got a print out and I was floored by all the little fees, 20 cents here 11.98 there all week and it was building on a daily basis. Then came the 42.88 for the service out and also another 42.92 for a lease payment he forgot to mention. He told me that the 39.95 (42.88 with tax) was the bottom line, all I would pay per month, less the percentage from the visa and mc payments which I agreed to. But what I am getting is screwed.

I called the salesman who was no help at all. I called msi and got a girl who read my contract to me which was dated 5 days after the one I was holding.

I feel awful that this has happened but I cannot get anyone to help me and as a result of this lying two tongued bastard, I may have to close my 3 yr self owned business I work at alone with my 3 yr old daughter (this office was for extra money so she does not have to go to a daycare). This guy has ruined my life. I owe msi, I owe the bank, I owe everbody because of this guy who gets off with out a stitch. Any ideas anyone? God bless you if you do have one. Becuse I give up...
