My partner and that I stuffed this season tax-return with H&R Block. The one who stated to become a specialist on very first time homebuyers, needed to request several concerns to his colleagues while processing our tax-return, obviously he'd no concept of what he was doing.

We submitted on Feb 13th, and we got a notice from government stating we were lacking some files. Why did we spend 300$ to H&R blocks? Poor support, they created lot of errors, and today is May 20th and we havent gotten our tax-return.

DoN't waist your cash on H&R stop, do-it yuorself or move elsewhere.
