They call them ACS but they have had other names they have given me ACS, NEWYORK, Unrecognized phone numbers, Indian sounding people, threatening, internet loan fraud

This company has used various names but the most recent was ACS, they sound like indian people and they call from various numbers the most rrecent is 1-000-000-0000 tell me that makes sense they threaten my life and my family they say i took out a loan online two years ago... I have never taken any sort of loan out. I think they gotr my info from online not sure though. They know my full name they know my social and they know my address. Freaky enough b ut its worse when they start saying they are going to kill me and my children. I keep telling them I never had a loan and i am not going to pay them A cent then they tell me they are going to sue me or take me to court and I tell them to go ahead cause if there was a case against me for two years i would have been notified years ago. I keep telling them to stop calling with their scam but then they just say they will show me what they can do and they threaten to kill me. I reported them to my local police but they said unless these people actually show up or start doing identity theft they cant help... They asked me to try and get more info. But how do i do that every time these people call its from a diffrent number and they all give different addresses and names and its all too much. I need help i want someone to find these terrorists and put them out of business... Im starting to get scared and worried and no olne will help... Some one help me... The company calls themselves ACS they say their addy is 24 washington st, port edward Newyork 12828 their number is 914-371-6826... They are freaky weirdos and you cant get straight answers also they give you fake addys cause they dont know how american addresses work it took forever for me to get the one they gave above but i dont think its right and the number they gave was a 14 digit one at first until i called them on it... And they keep asking me for my credit or debit card number and they keep saying five two five dollar you give us five two five dollar and when i say i have reported to them to the police and im going to keep reporting them till the fbi get involved they say i cant get them in trouble and i cant call the police. It freaky and weird and i want somone to help me please
