Amazing realty deals amazing realty deals / alan harris ripped me off and scammed me out of $9000.00

I was contacted by Amazing Realty Deals a few months ago by a telemarketer that claimed I was eligible to receive a free zip code of my choice for advertising purposes if I would meet with one of their sales reps. When their rep showed up he explained to me that I would have to pay for a zip code to receive one for free. After talking with the rep, he explained to me for $3000.00 per month, I would get TV advertising on an array of cable and satellite network stations starting April. The rep conned me into paying all three months upfront and said I would make my money back 100 times over. I wrote him the check and he was gone. I watched the stations at the appropriate time slots when I was suppose to see the advertisement I paid for. I never saw the ads. I called the rep several times, but he never returned my call. I tried getting in touch with a sales manager with Amazing reality Deals, but was unsuccessful. After doing some more research, I finally got in touch with the CEO of the company, Alan Harris. Mr. Harris had no idea who I was! He even went as far as stating, I know all my clients and Ive never heard of you. I was mortified! I explained to Mr. Harris I paid your company $9000.00 for advertisement and I havent seen anything on the cable networks like I was promised. Mr. Harris, got extremely volatile with me on the phone and stated he will call me back in the morning and not to call him at his office again. As the day progressed I kept getting more calls from Mr. Harris and he seemed to be intoxicated. As the calls kept coming in, Mr. Harris was getting more drunk and abusive. I explained to Mr. Harris, if I didnt get my money back I was going to file a law suite against his company and file a police report for harassment.

To this day, I still have not seen any of their commercials and Mr. Harris has not called me back nor returned my money. The rep that signed me up for services has not returned my calls nor has his supervisor. I feel Amazing Realty Deals is a scam masterminded by Alan Harris and should be avoided by all costs. I spoke with a detective with the Bernalillo County Sheriffs Department and he stated Alan Harris is being investigated by the local sheriffs department, and his company is currently under investigation by the FTC, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the BBB, the state attorneys offices from several different states and they have multiple lawsuits pending against them. Furthermore, they don't pay their bills and are on the run from their creditors, so potential vendors, employees, brokers and real estate agents should be especially cautious

Mr. Harris has successfully dodged several process servers and local authorities trying to elude service for court appearance. Mr. Harris has several coconspirators named below.
