Thief, scam artist, perpetual liar, womanizer, drug addict, and so on

This low life has stolen $155 000 from me personally in false certificates and owes the Bank of Nova Scotia (in Canada) somewhere in the area of $150 000. He escaped by having duo citizenship and two passports.

Do not under any circumstances have any dealings with Fred Vetensky of Flordia. He scams people out of money and runs. He has numerous excuses for not doing what he claims. Lives to womanize and take advantage of them. Has been married at least 2 times and lived with many using their resources. One wife mysteriously committed suicide. I have no worries of being sued for libel as I have all the evidence necessary.

Do not buy the story of being a Harvard Graduate or that he lost a multi million dollar business in Toronto because of employee theft. The only thief is him.

Although he may be clean now (I doubt it) he was a drug addict.
