Flooded with unwanted and unsolicited mailing

This company floods you with UNWANTED AND UNSOLICITED mailings asking for your business. I have advised them my brother-in-law in my tax advisor and to remove me from the mailing list. It took 3 years, 2 congressmen, complaints to the better business bureau, consumer affairs, the nassau county district attorney and the U.S. POSTAL INSPECTORS TO GET REMOVED FROM THE MAILING LIST,
CEO Louis A Arena blamed this on an outside vendor. I advised him if this is his vendor he should have them remove me
After all those complaints i think i am FINALLY OFF THE MAILING LIST. Next time do i need a restraining order?
