Active Debt Soultions / Active-Debt / ADS / marketing debt relief services, debt negotiation/settlement, credit repair, etc./ claims to not charge an upfront fee, but do coined a 'refundable deposit' of $500

Let me just first state that if Angelo Anzalone or anyone, for that matter, replies in defense to this company, they are completely bluffing about anything remotely positive about this company. DO NOT believe any rebuttle that tries to 'make light' of this situtation. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

If you have not already read all the other complaints on the interwebs about this individual and his company, I encourage you to do so as further evidence that this company provides an unethical and apparently illegal business. If you sign up with this company for their services you have noone to blame but yourself as there is enough readily available information at your disposal regarding the nature of this business.

As other claims state, Angelo Anzalone and his company were scrutinized and heavily fined (in excess of $30k) by the Attorney General of West Virigina for their involvement in another scam. If you do not believe this, contact their office - documents regarding the matter are free to anyone who requests it. (I didn't want to believe it at first, but after following up on this lead, I found it to be true)

Currently, this company has a D - rating with the Better Business Bureau. I also encourage you to to do your own research through the Better Business Bureau on this company. TRUST NOONE - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!

I, along with many others, have experienced horrible relations with this company. Such relations include things ranging from poor customer service, sneaky sales tactics, lack of fulfillment of the imposed contract, and ended up in more legal and financial trouble than began with. I even have an email from Angelo Anzalone bullying me and plenty of other proof. Here is the thing to know: This company WILL tell you (and it even stated/states on their web site) that VERY FEW people end up getting sued for their delinquent accounts if enrolled in their program. WRONG! Apparently more than half of their clients end up with at least one legally pursued account, if not multiple legally pursued accounts. What does this mean? It means that when bankruptcy could have been filed to avoid this mess, at least $5k was paid to this company for minimal services and when you go to cancel with them (because the rest of your accounts are being taken to court) they tell you no, you can't have the 'refundable deposit' back because you did not complete the program.in the end, you paid this company for nothing but a headache and making the debt situation even worse.

I've already gotten an attorney involved and I will go after him and his company. If you are a client or were a client and are getting/got screwed over, let me know and we can see what we can do about a class action suit.

If you think it's bad enough not to be able to buy gifts for your children at Christmas, think about how bad it will be if you fall into this financial trap.
