Unauthorized charge to my bank account

My complaint is the same as all the rest I've read about Liberty. They charged me 34.19 and I did not authorize it. They used the information I put in when applying for an online loan and turned the 34.19 into a check. Had I known about it in time, my bank could have stopped payment or returned it unpaid, but of course, I did not know about it. This put me in an overdraft situation. Once I talked to my bank and found out the company name and phone number, I called them and demanded a refund. I was given a cancellation number by Ira and told to go to a website—www.libertyclubrefund.com and fill out the information. This was what I did. I received a message that my data had been received and I would hear from them within 72 hours, which of course, I never did. Nor did I get a refund. So, today, I called again and was told by Mark that I needed to go to www.libertyclubdispute.com, which I cannot get to for love nor money! Mark says they sent me a message requesting more information. He said he resent the message today, so I'm going to check my email and see what is there. Probably NOTHING as this is one heck of a scam. I think someone should turn them in to let's say the Better Business Bureau to start and see where else to go. That is what I intend to do. Wish me luck fellow victims.
