Did not recieve computer or refund

In september i began making funds on the new dell pc through bluehippo funding. I never obtained my pc after their guarantee to deliver it in my experience after creating a particular quantity of payments. So i kept calling requesting them why i hadt obtained it, and being informed timeand period again that it'd be delivered anyday now. I fundamentally simply informed them to return all of the cash I'd compensated to date which totals 1301.00. They explained they wouldnt give me a refund. I held calling and obtaining the same response. I never received my money-back or my computer to this day. How may I get my money-back? Someody please help me!
