Harassment/scam?

Our child and that I equally obtained telephone calls from somebody declaring to become Alex Davenport with American Legal Department. Once they approached my child they informed her that people were equally likely to prison for scam! I subsequently named them to determine what it was about so when I requested for Alex I had been informed he wasn't there after which the person proceeded to inform me I owe 400 plus one bucks on the mortgage from the business I'd not heard about. He held threatening jail and fraud costs which worried the life span out-of me and that I nearly decided to spend. I expected them to deliver evidence of this debt and he explained he couldn't. I later sent a notice to some quantity he offered seeking info which simply angered him. Then he called back and stated how dare I send a notice saying I don't understand of the debt. Anyhow, these folks have my social protection amount, consideration info, current email address, telephone numbers and household members brands. So what can I actually do?

The amount they named from is unpublished. 4243544722 and also the fax number is7148459266... They needed me to send a notice of apology that will ok them to attract nearly $700 from my bill. The titles provided were Alex Davenhart and Mark Brown.
