Unknown Eligible for $5200.00, they ripped me off for $350.00, made me feel like a gullible fool! Unknown

A Mark Wilson from Federal Gov't Grant Dept called me to tell me I had been chosen to receive an amount of $5200.00, all i had to pay is $99.00, at the Western Union at The Rite Aid pharmacy in my neighborhood. So I went to pay the $99.00, then they said I needed to pay another $250.00, after that the manager of the Fed Gov't Grant Dept said I had been awarded a higher amount of $15,300.00, but I needed to pay an additional $550.00, I refused and asked that my security deposit of $350.00 be rrefunded as promised, but he Mark Wilson, or Robert from Their Financial Dept said that if I cancelled that I would loose my $350.00 deposit and that it would be sent as a donation to some foreign country to help their orphanages. I told him again that I wanted my deposit back, that I could not even afford to feed my family and could not afford to send $350.00 to some foreign country. He said sorry and hung up. I tried calling their telephone numbers, 202-470-0856, also 202-657-4575 they also called from a restricted number. But no one answered.
