Claimed I owe money

I received several phone calls from Sean Marshall, if that's his real name, last month. He called my number and my grandma's phone number.
He claimed I took out a cash advance from Cash 1. I told him no I didn't. He insisted I did, so I asked for the date this occured and the amount I borrowed. He didn't know the date and said I borrowed between $350-$400.
I immediately knew this was a scam.
He asked if I wanted to pay the amount of $582 which included late fees, or be taken to court. I told him I was going to dispute it and to take me to court.
I thought all of the phone calls would stop, but the just keep coming. I changed my number, but they keep calling my grandma and now are calling my brother.
Today I received a call from David Jackson from a different number. I returned his call and someone named Daniel answered. He said David was busy and would help me.
I asked David to stop calling other people regarding me. He said the reason of the call was regarding a lawsuit that is supposed to be taking place tomorrow at 11am. He asked me for the name of my lawyer. I asked for what?
He then asked if I had been informed about this lawsuit, and I said no. He said, "Oh my god. Can I put you on hold for a sec?" I said yes, and he never came back on the line.
I just want the phone calls to stop.
