First National Card Or CCS ripoff, this company sent this as a trial and then when I did not want the card, they would not return my 200.00 and now will not respond to me. I need my money

This company sent me information for this catalog credit card, they said it was refundable if after you received the catalog, you return it and state you did not want this credit card (which I did almost 1 year ago) and I have never gotten my 200.00 back from this company and have never purchased anything from them and NEVER WILL. I am a single parent who has very little money and I think this company should be put out of business or aleast made to pay people the money they owe. My only option is to hire an attorney and I cannot afford to do that.
