With only 7 years left on a 15 year home loan, i lost my job out of state and notified wells fargo of this, but could not talk to me unless i was in default by 3 months. As 3 months came and went, still no resulution. Since i could not aford homeowners insurance, they elected to invoke a policy for me to the tune of 3 times the yearly cost and elected not to provide any personal property coverage. I have just been told that now i am in forclosure and a sale will be held on 5-26. No one has sent us an eviction notice from either the retained attorneys office or wells. If this is the best wells can do for help, they need to get a dictionary and look up this word to see what it really means. It is a shame that my tax dollars went to help the banks out but the banks do not help the people. What ever happened to "We the People, For the People" I wish to thank our lawmakers and the banks for making the Dream of home ownership a Nightmare. There needs to be some laws that protect the people more. I now feel that I have been abandoned by all involved and as such I now no longer wish to own a home, much less pay proporty taxes based on a home that is not worth half the acessed value and underwater. I wist to warn others about Wells Fargo's lack of help. I now have to cosider walking away, bakrupcy, or bulldozing the home as I have seen more and more fetup, frustrated, people doing that face this same and only option. I have put everything into this home and now i will lose all and not reside here and probibly still owe monies after the foclosure. Life Is Good!
