Ripped off with app fees

I was ripped off by this company twice. After applying they took the $19.00 fee out of my account. When I did not get a response from them, I reapplied. They proceeded to take another $19.00 fee from me and again did not say if I received the loan or not. I will gladly join anyone involved in a lawsuit.
