Charge hidden fees that were not disclosed in the contract

Waste Management used lots of hidden costs to my new account. I suppose it is their method of inviting new clients? So far as I am worried, they are able to come and obtain their natural dumpster! I'm not spending money on a lot of hidden costs which were NOT revealed within the agreement.
