Barclays bank did not provide me the entire 6 months% on-balance transfer. They lifted my price without notice to 29%. I've exceptional credit and that I create 2 x monthly funds of well beyond the minimum. The brand new charge card regulations were designed to avoid this! Plus they are rude!
