Do not become an affiliate. DREC is not paying commission as promised

DREC failed to pay commission due from a loan modification. After receiving full payment from the client, DREC refused to pay the affiliate who brought the client in. Modification was done but the client was not fully satisfied wanted a refund. As an affiliate, with my name on the line, I have refunded the client a big part of the commission thinking that DREC will pay. What a big mistake! DREC will not even respond to my emails even snail mails. DREC is preying on poor homeowners and people who is trying to earn extra income from home.
