Payday loan, fraud

I have recieved a phone call from a male named Josh with a heavy accent on April 13th stating that I had taking out a payday loan and had owed them money and commited a fraud and there was pending alligations against I was to be in court April 15th at 11am in california and to bring 8000.00 for bail. Of course I was panick and scared I had no idea what was going on. I told him I don't have that kind of money and that I have three kids I have to take care of. He asked me If my kids can take care of themselves, I said no, they are only 2,5, and 8. Then he said I owed 1248.00 and wanted 50% of it now over the phone. I said i do not have that kind of money, he got really angry at me and asked me if I wanted to go to jail, I said no. But i can not give him something I do not have. I had asked for papers to prove that I owed the money and he just ignored the question and kept going on and asking for 3 payments for the next three fridays. I hung up on him. Then April 15th Josh had called back, but this time my boyfriend had answered the phone and was talking to the guy. Josh had told my boyfriend that in two days my ssn will be black, yes he said black. I was smart, I did not give them any information, no credit card numbers or account numbers. But the scary thing is, they new about my payday loan and my e-mail address, but that wasn't the e-mail address I used to get my payday loan, that was like 2 years ago, the payday loan company he was talking about I used a completely different address from the one he said on the phone. Watch out for these people.
