My wife has received one call last week by this CXS williams and associates the man on the line is from the middle east country and speaks broken English. He claimed that she has an unpayed payday loan. He threatend her then with court and other things. He called again today and threatend her with court and that the police would be coming over to take her away and a lawsuit and papers to make her appear in court would be forthcoming. She could not get the webpage of the loan nor the exact name of the company. He would not give the address or phone number of the company. He was rude and yelling at her when I took the phone and told him to shutup. He claimed that my mother-in-law and sister-inlaw would also be repsonsible to pay the loan i we did not. He had them as a reference on the so called loan and my wifes cell number as well. He wanted us to verify the existence of the account and our address which we refused. My wife called him afraud after that he was extremly rude and violent on the phone. I hung up on him and he called back three times right after each other. My wife answered the phone even when I told her not to and it began again. He refused to tell us when the loan was taken out and what webpage we used etc. I called the DA office and filed a forml complaint and when I am done here I will call the Sanger DA office as well to file another.
