Could not get a loan from any company they produced asked for a refund have never received one to date

I thought i found help for my finances but instead gave a compay 299.00 for a loan that i never was able to get the funds from because of my creidt history i applied to all the companies that were given to me by personal credit services notified them that i was unable to obatain funding they replied we never guaranteed funding only a list of possobilities for this i spent my money to seek help and got beat for my money its a big rip-off at one point i said ill take you to court they repiled go ahead you will lose more money
