Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing of elderly fathe

HELP;
Is it to late to get in on the class action law suit against this company, World Savings?

My father was 89 nine years old and definitely not in good mental health when this % company talked him into refinancing his house to the tune of over $300,000 dollars Nov. 2002. My father died the following Feb. 2003. I do not have the money to fight this company alone, I need help.

My fathers' house was in San Jose, CA and a goldmine in property value. And this company knew it and wanted it. They tried to fore close on the house after my fathers death, but the probate lawyer was able to stop them, but still had to pay them the $300,000 out of the estate funds. This was so wrong!!! This company definitely took advantage of an elderly person.

My nephew lived with my father and had power of attorney over his finances and he never signed the contract.

Needless to say this company got all the money from the house after the house was release from probate.

This company had no business talking my father into refinancing at his age due to his mental and physical state of health.

I want to take this company to the cleaners for all the other folks they have cheated and to the ones they might cheat. This company is a subprime lender and they rip off our elderly people.

I don't know how many they have forced to lose their homes, but they need to be stopped.

Please help me in fighting this company!!!
