Very Deceptive Company

After contacting numerous attorneys locally and finding that I (or anyone in my position) could afford to use their services to file bankruptcy, I decided to use this company. I did read their fine print outlining their time frame and I worked within that time frame. I submitted my information and received a message that everything was complete and ready for me to download. I downloaded the creditor matrix, which is nothing more then a list of your creditors you provided them in alphabetical order. Upon trying to download the paperwork that I need to file with the court, I am unable to contact their servers. I have tried numerous times with no result. I contacted them immediately and havent heard back. It is a weekend. I received their documents via email 11:52 pm friday evening. I notified them on saturday afternoon. On sunday afternoon, after still receiving anything from them, I go into and try to log back in and my account is now closed. OK, if they arent open on the weekends to reply to my messages, how are they able to close my account? I will keep everyone posted as to whether I actually get my documents or even a reply to the messages I have sent them.
