Uses false credit card #s to place on-line & print classified "employment" ads via e-mail/phone with fake address, Exp date, CVV but charges go through

My credit card was used without my knowledge or authorization to place several classified ads in print and on-line at a few small local publications. They were able to place charges to my credit card number with a false name, address, expiration date, and CVV, all incorrect info. Search the web for these fake employment ads, they probably have mostly been placed using fake credit card info. The only contact in the ads is Moore Derek derekmro65@gmail.com

Google won't help track this down at all

I protested the charges and fortunately my credit card company has credited my account and changed my number. I also filed a police report with my local jurisdiction. One of the newspapers that charged my credit card said this was the original ad request:

Hello Editor, I want a cost to place this ad below in you paper and online in employment dept. I need cost for 8 weeks = Ad Description = Our company seeks employees for: BOOKKEEPER, PAYROLL/PAY RECEIVER. Attractive salary plus benefits, and takes little of your time.
