North American Debt Services
North American Debt Solutions Poor Customer Service. Possable fraud (unconfirmed)

Business & Finance

A debt settlement company: Possably a fraud (attempting to confirm), I have been a customer since May09/Jul09 (they had a contract "rewrite" due to a name change), I have been trying to get an update or status for my account with them since Dec09 (by phone) & Feb 21 (and again on March 5, March 9, March 12, April 6, & April 8) in writing (e-mail). I have recieved virtually no response (once March 9th) & when they (Brad Henry) does respond it is with another excuse to put off an update to a later date. They had accreditation through www.usoba.org / last year under "North American Debt Solutions" shortly there after they changed name & can not confirm accreditation anymore. They have been collecting $393 per month from me for about 10 months, & now I can not get any information regarding my accounts with them. Some "Red Flags" are they no longer have a toll free (800) number, the phone numbers they use [ (713) 876-3719, (713) 370-0769 & (713) 370-0435] are all "unpublished" which is strange for a "reputable" business. Their "new" web page design lacks profesionalism & typical information like names of "important" employees, year established (or time in business) or even a customer service department.
