Uclip.com charged me $23.96 out of my checking account unauthorized simply because I applied for a payday loan online

This company is the biggest rip off they take money out of your checking account without permission siting you did it because you applied for on online payday loan and they are linked. They will cancel the service but will not refund the 23.96 charged because they say it is non refundable. I did not want or use their services and this is not right that they can take your money for nothing.
