At first the company was very good about answering there phones emailing you back on time, then when i hit the three hundred dollar mark they stop answering phones, email ect they claimed the business got shut down and refunds will not be issued. Then several months later a new company called me for my credit card information and said it was something like 720 but i feel ike i shouldn t have to start over if i gave 720 mymoney already. Their phone was disconted email never got responed to ect. Website closed down and bam a year later found out they are back up and running with out trying to help their customer get their score of 720. If anyone else had this problem lets get togather as the lady from ca suggested to get a class lawsuit going causev this has been a lot of pain
