Xyzwarehouse Rip-off, Unethical, How could you work with this mentallity?

Same as many others... Ask to have information sent, get a password to login to their site, did not get an email as promissed, cannot login, call to cancel and very rude NO WAY is all they can say. No manager to talk to, get a call to help with setting up a business, and they want more than a couple of thousand for eight weeks of mentorship... I was laid off, thought this could help, and figured for $2.97 I would find out more information - I found out more than I wanted to, and the $139.95 charge for NO SERVICES RENDERED makes me more than just a bit upset!
