I called in to register as an independent sales office, I told the lady who answered our situation. She then asked how many accounts we write a month. I informed her that we are a start up who have 4 employees who will sit in an office of do outside sales and we are willing to have them trained at whatever the cost. She then kept asking how many accounts per month, I said what is your average employee of one of your independent sales offices supposed to do on average, she said she doesn't know. I then told her that I do not know because that is a theoretical question at this point. She then told me that because I don't have those theoretical figures that we were unable to work with them and should look for another provider, I am concerned for other honest business people that would fall into the trap of answering these theoretical figured questions without understanding that if someone honestly wanted independent sales offices like they are advertising that they would simply work with people based on the situation not tell them to go elsewhere. When I called back to ask her name, which she would not tell me, I informed her that I was going to file a report on rip off report if she did not tell me her name. The phone number that I called was 866 927 9411 extension 831. When I called it back the message says something along the lines of you reached Gree Michele with reliable payments, now I don't know if this person is just disrespectful or the whole operation is however what she did was obviously unappropriate enough for me to write this report.
