Steals your money and provides generic information

This company guaranteed you a loan for the amt you needed in my case $3000.00 for which I desperately needed to move. I paid them $125.00 and they sent me 10 generic names of lenders that I could have and did apply with already and was denied.

I also had a checking acct with one of those lenders already. They refuse to do a refund stating that you have to apply and get rejection letters from all 10 lenders before they give you a refund. I already applied with 3 of them and was turned down by email. Why would I apply for any more nothing that the more they check my credit the worse it gets and it is bad enough already. They also give you lenders gving secured credit cards. If I had money I would not need a secured card.

How do I go about getting back my $125.00 which I really need and can't waste on ripoffs like this? Thank you so much for any help
