To Whom It May Concern:<br style="color: rgb (102,102,102);"><br style="color: rgb (102,102,102);">I am writing to you to report that I signed up for an account at around 11:25 this am. Two short minutes later I called the number to cancel the account upon receiving an email that stated that what I had been charged $2.97 for the introductory charge. A one time fee of $139.95 and an additional $4.95 per month for using the website would follow after the 3 day trial period ended. I spoke to 3 different representatives regarding this concern. I then checked my bank account online and found that in addition to the $2.97 I had the $139.95 already pending on my account. I called and spoke to somebody again regarding this and was not satisfied with the response give. My confirmation number is: 349824. This makes me very uneasy and makes me feel very foolish. I was told that my order had not yet been processed, therefore the $2.97 charge would be reversed. As for the other $139.95 charge that is also pending, which seems odd since I canceled within minutes of the original order and did not choose to wait 3 days, I would like to know why that charge was ever put into place. I have spoken to my bank and they concur that there are two pending charges to my account. I am going to wait 3 or 4 days to see if the charges are reversed as I was instructed to do by the last rep that I spoke to.
