A Interest Minimizer Loan Analysis was sent to us explaining if we paid
our mortgage payment bi-weekly we could pay off our loan 6
yrs earlier saving us alot
Now time has gone by and we find out that
they are in fact paying the payment monthly. Then they will take an
extra payment out of our account at the end of year which is sent to help make up for the interest they
told us we would save. This we can do ourselves. For this service we had
to pay a fee up front for paperwork to be processed and then another
per month for this service. My husband and I spoke to them and they
refused to reimburse our money
so my husband first said keep till the end of the year then we will
cancel. He explained we were very unhappy and asked this conversation be
recorded by the company. After further conversation between us and
seeing these complaints we are trying to reach the company to cancel.
