Prosperity Wallet
Prosperity Wallet paid out the first payment and then disappeared with everyones money. Fooled us with thier onsight forum

Business & Finance

I joined Prosperity Wallet, a short-term hyip (high-yield-investment-program. I got in after everybody had been paid their first returns.

Alert Pay, a popular payment processor on the Net, decided for whatever reason to not allow them to use them.

We all got an email from Martin the admin. Stating that all Alertpay investors would be refunded our investments. Since they had other processor choices like Strict Pay, I believe a lot of us intended to stay with them... After all they were paying a 5% ROI
(return on investment) at the end of a 5 day investment period.

I was one of the lucky ones, I had a medium sized investment and I had a small investment. I was refunded the investment capital but I was left short, the amount that was supposed to be my first 25% ROI... Or you might say that I was paid 25% on my larger investment (into my Alert Pay account) and then after all was said and done they came up 25% short on the return of my principal... Either way, I lost time and didn't profit.

I learned a couple of lessons in this one and all readers who play the hyip investment game can learn too.

This can not be overstated as the Internet is full of unscrupulous businesses...
Treat the hyip investment industry as a game... If you get in early enough, there is a good chance that you will profit... An example: "Hug Money paid those of us that got in at the beginning, a sweet 450% ROI in 90 days, before they went out of business on the 96th day. I got in early and got out the day they stopped paying and found a new hyip investment.

Here is what I learned...
1. Just because a hyip or surf-site has an on sight forum does not mean that they will not take it down, if and when they no longer payout. They did exactly that, as soon as the first complaints on the non-refunds (some people experienced that) came, the forum disappeared "under construction" yeah sure

2. Those of us playing the hyip game know that often the monitors will be paid long after the membership has stopped being paid... So always click on the monitors stickers and check what the membership has been saying... They will either be happy and list their payout batch #'s or they will be screaming SCAM DON'T INVEST...
Or sometimes a combination thereof... Which is always bad...

3. Alertpay can make or break a program... in the case of Prosperity Wallet, they broke them and made them take down their site, which protected future members from being fished in. I don't think the other payment processors on the Net go out of their way to force a program to shut down... So by using Alert Pay, we help protect the later investors and we get the program shut down, like at Prosperity Wallet

4. Finally I learned that Martin the administrator of the program, although being active in the forum ie: answering questions, giving advice, etc., was just like any other scammer, rather than be honest and pay all of the membership, like he said he would,
he paid selectively (I got my invest capital back) and then jumped ship. This was evidenced by taking down the on-sight forum.

I hope that this helps everyone that has played, is playing, or is considering playing the hyip-internet-game.

Peace
Ian
