Unauthorized levy fee, SSI money

A few months previously 100 Bucks was withheld from my consideration to get a levy cost related to a statement collector obtaining a court-order. I called the levy department. At Wells Fargo Bank twice to try and encourage them to return my hundred bucks, they flat declined both occasions. After studying, National regulation prohibits them from getting SSI cash. I've had a merchant account at Wells Fargo for a long time and decades and also the only cash actually transferred was SSI cash just! Our issue is: Do I've any option to obtain my 100 bucks back? I hardly endure because it is, why may they consider cash from SSI profit my consideration when National regulation claims they cannot? I'd enjoy any aid or suggestions about this issue.
